Pumpkin sauté with onions and lemon

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes. Peel and slice the red onion into thin strips. Clean the pearl onions.
    Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Sauté the pumpkin cubes, red onion slices, and pearl onions for 5 minutes.
    Cover with water and continue cooking covered for about 20 minutes.
    Season with salt, pepper, dried thyme, and lemon juice. Continue cooking for a few more minutes, stirring well. Serve hot.
