Ham, Potato, and Onion Sauté

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the potatoes in boiling water or steam them in large slices.
    Cut the ham into cubes. Slice the onions and sauté them in oil.
    Once they are translucent, add the ham cubes and potato slices, season with salt, pepper, and, if desired, a few pinches of poultry seasoning or crumbled thyme. Stir for 5 minutes and serve with a green salad.

  • 1 chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
