Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and pick the coriander leaves.
    Peel and cut the celery stalk into small pieces.
    Peel, wash, and chop the onion.
  • 2.   Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the onion, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes over low heat.
    Add the celery stalk and curry. Stir for 1 minute. Pour in the broth.
    Cover, bring to a boil, and cook for 25 minutes over low heat. Once cooked, blend until smooth and stir in the cream.
  • 3.   Season to taste. Reheat.
    Serve hot, garnished with coriander.

  • 1 pinch of curry powder
  • 2 stalk of fresh coriander
