Instructions

  • 1.   Clean the zucchinis and the tomatoes. Cut them in fine slices.
  • 2.   Warm up the oil in a pan and add the zucchinis, the thyme, the salt and the pepper. Stir them for 15 minutes.
  • 3.   Cut the mozzarella in slices.
  • 4.   Warm up the oven on 200°C.
  • 5.   In a buttered oven dish, place one layer of lasagna sheets, then one layer of zucchinis, one layer of tomatoes and one layer of mozzarella. Continue until everything is used.
  • 6.   Place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
