Quinoa and broccoli patties

Instructions

  • 1.   Clean the quinoa with cold water. Cook it in boiling water with salt for 15 minutes. Strain and reserve.
  • 2.   Wash, clean and cut the broccoli.
  • 3.   Wash, clean and cut the parsley.
  • 4.   Stir the broccoli in a pan with 1 table spoon of warm oil for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Mix the quinoa, the broccoli, the parsley and the eggs.
  • 6.   Form the patties.
  • 7.   Stir the patties with the rest of the oil warmed up for 3 minutes on each side.

  • 500 g of broccoli
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
