Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
  • 2.   Make 6 diagonal cuts in the chicken and place it in a baking dish.
    Slice the tomato and mozzarella into 6 slices.
  • 3.   Fill each cut in the chicken with a slice of tomato, a slice of mozzarella, and a basil leaf.
    Season with pepper, salt, and Italian herbs, and drizzle with oil.
  • 4.   Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
