Instructions

  • 1.   Melt the butter in a saucepan and deglaze with lemon juice.
  • 2.   Add the cream and mustard, mix well.
  • 3.   Season to taste with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  • 4.   Let cook for about 5 minutes over low heat. Optionally, add cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
  • 5.   Serve to accompany your fish. Enjoy your meal!
