Instructions
1. Cook the soy protein in half a liter of water with a vegetable bouillon cube.
2. Sauté the onion and carrot slices in oil, then add the mushrooms.
3. Prepare the starch in water until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
4. Add the soy protein to the pot and cover with the starch mixture.
Add the wine, thyme, and bay leaf. Cook for another 45 minutes on low heat, covered.
5. Can be served with cauliflower or salsify.
