Seasonal Fruit Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   In the bottom of a salad bowl, pour the pineapple juice and the vanilla sugar, as well as the scraped inside of the vanilla bean.
  • 2.   Then, peel the kiwis and peaches, and cut all the fruits into pieces, and add them to the salad bowl.
  • 3.   Mix well and refrigerate this seasonal fruit salad before serving, optionally garnished with basil leaves and/or chopped mint.
