Herb Fish Loaf

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 350°F (185°C).
  • 2.   Cook the fish for 10 minutes in a fish stock (using stock cubes).
  • 3.   Put the fish in a blender with the cottage cheese, whole egg, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   Blend until you obtain a smooth mixture, not a puree.
  • 5.   Grease a loaf pan and fill it with the mixture, smoothing it out. Bake in a water bath for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • 6.   Unmold the fish loaf and serve either hot with tomato sauce and rice, or cold as an appetizer with a salad.

  • 20 g of butter
