Seafood gratin

A delicious gratin with mussels and cauliflower!! Enjoy your meal!

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Boil the milk with turmeric in a large pot. Add the cauliflower and cook for about 13 minutes (a little longer if it's fresh). Then add the mussels, cream, salt, pepper, and semolina to bind the mixture.
  • 2.   Pour the mixture into a greased gratin dish using cooking spray and sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.

  • 300 ml of whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 450 g of cauliflower
  • 400 g of mussel
  • 100 g of sour cream
  • 30 g of fine wheat semolina
  • ½ teaspoon of olive oil
  • 40 g of grated Gruyère cheese
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
  • parsley (according to taste)
