Instructions

  • 1.   1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a pan, sauté the onion with a teaspoon of olive oil for 3 minutes. Add the rice and garlic and cook, stirring, for five minutes. Grease a baking dish with the remaining oil and spread the rice in it. In the pan, sauté the ground beef for three minutes. Add the crushed tomatoes and tablespoon of tomato paste.
  • 2.   2. In a saucepan, dissolve the bouillon in a glass of water and bring to a boil. Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds and cook them in the bouillon for two minutes. Set them aside. Spread a layer of the meat mixture over the rice, followed by a layer of zucchini, and then another layer of meat. Pour the bouillon over it. Finish with grated gruyere and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with Herbes de Provence. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

  • 450 g of ground beef patty
  • 400 g of crushed tomato
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • ½ chicken bouillon cubes
  • 4 zucchinis
  • 30 g of grated Gruyère cheese
  • 30 g of grated parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon of Provence herb
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
