Buckwheat Spinach and Goat Cheese Galette

Instructions

  • 1.   Make the dough by mixing flour, water, and salt.
    Let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • 2.   Cook the 8 galettes.
  • 3.   Cook the spinach for 15 minutes over low heat.
  • 4.   Spread the melted spinach on the galette. Fold it. Add slices of goat cheese on top.
    Cook in a pan or in the oven until the cheese melts.
  • 5.   Serve with a lamb's lettuce salad and smoked salmon.

  • 250 g of buckwheat flour
  • 600 ml of water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 800 g of fresh spinach
  • 120 g of goat cheese log
