1. Slice the onion and garlic.
Pour olive oil into a skillet or saucepan.
Add garlic, onion, and herbs de Provence.
Sauté for a few minutes (until translucent or browned, depending on your preference).
2. Once the garlic and onion are cooked, add the ground meat and herbs de Provence.
Sauté the meat, stirring regularly to break it into small pieces.
3. Add the crushed tomatoes and beef bouillon cube to the mixture.
If necessary, add one to two glasses of water.
Cook over low heat for the time it takes to prepare and cook the pasta.
4. In a saucepan, bring salted water to a boil.
Pour the pasta into the boiling water.
Cook for the recommended time indicated by the manufacturer :o)
Family tip: usually, cooking times are underestimated, so make sure to add 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Drain the pasta at the end of cooking and serve.
