Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the kiwis and cut them into pieces. You should have 800 g of peeled kiwi. Put them in a bowl with the sugar (the type of sugar can vary the taste).
  • 2.   Wash the limes by brushing them. Grate the zest and extract the juice.
  • 3.   Add the zest and juice to the contents of the bowl and let it rest for a minimum of 3 hours and up to 24 hours.
