Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and quarter the apples. Cut off the root end of the mushrooms, rinse them, and pat them dry. Slice the meat into thin strips. Heat the wok with oil and sauté the meat for 3 minutes over high heat. Add the onion, and when it is golden, add the mushrooms. Pour in the cider, season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Simmer over low heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Cook them in salted water for 20 minutes. Mash them into a puree. Add nutmeg to taste.
  • 3.   Serve the sauté accompanied by the puree.

  • 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil
  • 1 onion
  • 200 ml of dry cider
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 550 g of sweet potato
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
