1. Pour the flour into a bowl and add the salt.
2. Mix, then gradually incorporate the water, kneading until the dough comes away from the sides and is no longer sticky.
3. Knead for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
5. Divide the dough into 5 portions. Flatten them with a rolling pin, as if making a pie crust, then cut them into square or rectangular sheets.
6. Prick each sheet with a fork or a pastry wheel to create dotted lines.
7. Sprinkle a baking sheet with flour and place the dough sheets on it.
8. Bake for 15 minutes, checking regularly: the dough should lightly brown.
9. Let cool on a wire rack, then spread with your desired toppings!
