. Mix the cornstarch, cocoa, and sugar in a saucepan.

. Gradually pour in the milk to obtain a smooth and lump-free mixture.

. Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk constantly until the mixture thickens (the consistency should be between custard and pastry cream).
4
. Divide into ramekins or small glasses and let cool before refrigerating.
