Instructions

  • 1.   In a saucepan, mix one-third of the milk with the cornflour.
    At the same time, in another saucepan, mix the remaining ingredients over high heat until boiling. Add the cornflour mixture to the boiling mixture and let it boil for about 1 minute.
    Turn off the heat and let it cool for 2 minutes. Then pour the mixture into individual bowls and refrigerate for one hour or more.
  • 2.   When serving, pour a thin layer of grenadine over the malabi and sprinkle with a little pistachio and coconut powder.

  • 50 g of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of rose water
  • ¼ glass of grenadine syrup
  • 3 tablespoon of ground grilled pistachio
  • 3 tablespoon of coconut
  • 40 g of corn flour
  • 1 semi-thick cream
