Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the onion. Peel and cut the carrots into rounds. Wash and cut the bell peppers into strips. Clean and slice the mushrooms into rounds. Cut the meat into pieces and coat them with flour.
  • 2.   Sauté the meat and onion in olive oil for 10 minutes using the sauté mode.
  • 3.   Add the carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, chicken broth, white wine, salt, and pepper. Start the pressure cooking mode for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
