Instructions

  • 1.   Brush the molds with melted chocolate.
  • 2.   Soak three gelatin sheets in cold water.
  • 3.   Put the sugar and 8cl of water in a saucepan and make a syrup (120 degrees).
  • 4.   Add the gelatin sheets.
  • 5.   Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form.
  • 6.   Slowly add the sugar syrup while continuing to beat the egg white.
  • 7.   Put the gelatin in the molds and cover with melted chocolate.
  • 8.   Refrigerate for one hour.
