Sautéed Rice with Cabbage and Spinach

Instructions

  • 1.   In a pan, pour a drizzle of vegetable oil or olive oil, sauté the meat until well browned.
  • 2.   The vegetables should all be pre-cut. In a sauté pan (or wok), put the shallot, spinach sprouts, carrots, green cabbage, let them brown. Then add the meat. Mix.
  • 3.   Mix the cooked rice (already cooked) with soy sauce and ketchup. Set aside. Season with fine salt and Espelette pepper. Reheat the rice if necessary and mix gently.
  • 4.   Place in plates or in a dish.

  • 240 g of cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of ketchup
  • 150 g of soy sauce
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g of white cabbage
  • 200 g of spinach
  • 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
