Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the fish and seafood in a little olive oil until they have released all their liquid. Drain in a colander.
  • 2.   Add a little oil, sauté the onion and tomatoes cut into small cubes, as well as the garlic cut into sticks.
  • 3.   When it starts to soften, add the seafood, white wine, salt, pepper, and a little thyme. Cook over medium heat. It is done when the white wine is almost completely evaporated, and the vegetables start to form a kind of puree. Serve with rice.
