Eggless Chocolate Fondant

Do you want to treat yourself to a delicious chocolate cake, but you are allergic to eggs? Here is a perfect recipe to indulge yourself despite your dietary restrictions. Prepared with very few ingredients and in just a few minutes, this cake is perfect for a snack or dessert, accompanied by a homemade red fruit coulis. Guaranteed success with all the food lovers!

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Break the chocolate into a bowl. Add the diced butter. Melt the mixture in the microwave for a few minutes. Mix well to obtain a smooth preparation.
  • 3.   Add the flour, mix well. Add the powdered sugar, salt, and gradually incorporate the milk while mixing. You should obtain a smooth batter without lumps.
  • 4.   Pour the mixture into a silicone mold. Bake the chocolate fondant for 25 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, leave the cake in the turned-off oven for 5 minutes. Let it cool before unmolding.
