Olive and Ham Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • 2.   Lightly butter a loaf pan and dust it with flour.
  • 3.   Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix vigorously.
  • 4.   Pour the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl and stir.
  • 5.   Then add the oil and wine.
  • 6.   Next, incorporate the olives, ham, and grated cheese.
  • 7.   Mix well.
  • 8.   Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
  • 9.   Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
  • 10.   Allow to cool for 5 minutes after removing from the oven, then unmold and let it cool on a wire rack.
