1. Lay a banana flat and, using a knife, make a lengthwise slit without cutting through the bottom peel.
2. Slide pieces of chocolate into the slit, making sure they don't stick out.
For example, use half squares of 72% chocolate or squares of your favorite chocolate (baking chocolate works too).
3. Heat in the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds. The banana should be warm and cooked to your desired level (depending on its ripeness) and the chocolate should be melted.
Let it rest for 1 minute.
