Instructions

  • 1.   Mash the banana, blend the oat flakes in a food processor, and mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • 2.   Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. If your skillet is not non-stick, add a little oil and, when hot, pour a small ladle of batter into the skillet and let cook. Flip when the top of the pancakes bubbles and the sides seem firm, about 2-3 minutes. Cook the other side for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3.   Add desired toppings and enjoy!

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can also add blueberries (frozen or fresh) to the batter.

  • 250 ml of plant-based milk
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • salt (according to taste)
