Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken breasts into strips and place them in a shallow dish. Drizzle with half of the lemon juice, sprinkle with curry, mix well, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • 2.   Heat the oil in a pan and brown the chicken strips for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Rinse and dry the lettuce. Cut the half avocado into strips and drizzle with the remaining lemon juice. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
  • 3.   Lightly spread the wraps with whipped cream cheese. Fill them with chicken, tomatoes, avocado, and lettuce. Season with salt and pepper, roll up the wraps, and serve immediately.
