Instructions

  • 1.   Dissolve the baker's yeast in water with a pinch of sugar for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Put the flour and salt in a bowl, mix well, and add the water with the yeast. Knead until a ball forms.
  • 3.   Place the ball on the work surface and knead for 5 minutes. Oil the resulting ball and cover with plastic wrap, let it rise for at least 1 hour.
  • 4.   Divide the dough into 4 after removing the air, then roll it out with a rolling pin.
  • 5.   Cook in a hot pan without any fat for 3 to 5 minutes, flipping the bread.

  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
