Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the dough and let it rest for 2 hours.
  • 2.   Roll out the dough on a floured work surface, then place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 3.   Prepare the tomato sauce by peeling the onion and slicing it. Put 1 tbsp of olive oil in a hot pan. Then add the onion and let it brown. Add the tomato puree, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   Spread the tomato sauce on top of the dough, then arrange the slices of chorizo and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 5.   Bake for 20 minutes.
