Instructions

  • 1.   Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan. Add the garlic and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the capers, cook for 1 minute, then add the tomato sauce and olives and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi in boiling water until they are cooked and float to the surface.
  • 3.   Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauté pan, mix well, season, and serve.
