4. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5mm. Do this between two sheets of parchment paper if it sticks too much (or add flour, but I prefer less flour).
5. Chill the dough (optional) to make it easier to cut and handle.
6. Cut out cookies using a cookie cutter.
7. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 15 minutes (watch carefully!).
As soon as it turns golden, it's ready!
