3. Melt the margarine gently in a pan, add the ham and cook gently for 5 minutes until golden.
4. Add 3 tablespoons of fresh cream and heat for 2 minutes over low heat.

7. Drain the green beans.
8. Place them in the preheated serving dish and cover.
9. Add the contents of the pan to the egg-cream mixture.
10. Pour this mixture over the kept warm green beans and serve immediately.
