Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the broccoli florets in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  • 2.   Beat the egg in a bowl with the flour, seasoning, and garlic to obtain a compact dough.
  • 3.   Add the broccoli florets to the mixture and crush them with the back of a fork, then mix.
  • 4.   Take a pan and pour the oil, then take a tablespoon of the mixture and spread it in the pan. Cook for two minutes on each side.
  • 5.   Place the patties on paper towels to remove excess grease.

  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
