Tuna and Tomato Tart

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Roll out the puff pastry in a tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork. Cover it with a circle of parchment paper and dried beans and bake it blind for 15 minutes.
  • 3.   In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the sour cream, salt, pepper, and whisk again. Then add the thinly sliced onion and drained and crumbled tuna. Mix everything together.
  • 4.   Remove the tart pan from the oven and pour in the quiche mixture. Add the tomato slices that you have quickly wiped with absorbent paper. Sprinkle the quiche with grated Gruyère cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
  • 5.   Serve this tasty tuna and tomato quiche to your guests with a green salad or a composed salad. You can enjoy it both hot and cold.
