Antillean Chicken Colombo

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the chicken pieces in oil until they are well browned on both sides.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, slice the onions, cut the turnips, potato, and zucchini into small cubes. Set aside the chicken pieces and cook the onions until lightly browned. Then add the vegetables and meat, add the colombo powder, mix well, and add water, diluted kubor, and chili until everything is covered.
  • 3.   Cover and let it cook, adding water if necessary during cooking, while stirring occasionally. (Be careful not to burst the chili!).
  • 4.   Once the vegetables are well cooked and the sauce has thickened, it's ready!
