Goat Cheese and Bacon Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the goat cheese into 4 slices.
    For each slice, sprinkle with a little Herbes de Provence and a little honey, then wrap it with bacon.
    Bake at 180°C for 8 minutes, until the bacon is golden and the goat cheese is melted.
  • 2.   Roughly chop the tomatoes.
    Prepare the salad by mixing it with oil and lemon juice.
    Then arrange everything on plates.

  • 2 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of Provence herb
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
