Tuna/Vegetable Fritters

Instructions

  • 1.   Blend shallots / garlic / tuna
  • 2.   Grate carrots. Slice chives / shallots / garlic.
  • 3.   Beat eggs and mix with flour + baking powder. Gradually add milk, the batter should be sticky. Add grated carrot / peas / chives / shallots / garlic / salt / pepper.
  • 4.   Let it rest for 1 hour.
  • 5.   Make balls (using a tablespoon). Fry in oil. Place fritters on absorbent paper.
  • 6.   Serve hot with tomato sauce.

  • 1 tablespoon of chives
  • 2 canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 230 g of flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cl of milk
  • 1 frying oil
  • 1 tomato sauce
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
