Avocado and Roquefort Mousse

. Cut the avocados in half.

. Remove the flesh, lightly squeeze lemon juice over it, and mix.

. Blend the flesh and Roquefort cheese in a blender.

. Whip the cream (using a mixer) and gently fold it into the mixture.

. Season with pepper and mix everything together.

. Fill the glasses with the obtained mousse.
