Avocado and Roquefort Mousse

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the avocados in half.
  • 2.   Remove the flesh, lightly squeeze lemon juice over it, and mix.
  • 3.   Blend the flesh and Roquefort cheese in a blender.
  • 4.   Whip the cream (using a mixer) and gently fold it into the mixture.
  • 5.   Season with pepper and mix everything together.
  • 6.   Fill the glasses with the obtained mousse.

  • 50 g of liquid fresh cream
  • pepper (according to taste)
