Oven-roasted potatoes with garlic and herbs

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2.   In a bowl, prepare the marinade: olive oil / thyme / oregano / finely chopped garlic / salt / pepper / parmesan cheese.
  • 3.   Cut the potatoes into quarters or halves, depending on their size, and place them in the marinade.
  • 4.   Arrange them on your baking sheets and bake.

  • 800 g of potatoes (new)
  • 2 tablespoon of grated parmesan
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 5 g of dried oregano
  • 5 g of dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
