Bulgur Salad with Green Beans, Feta, and Grilled Chicken

Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the bulgur:
    - Bring 1/3 volume of water to a boil in a saucepan.
    - Pour the water into a bowl.
    - Add the bulgur to the bowl + cover the bowl with a small plate to allow it to swell.
    - Once swollen, refrigerate to cool.
  • 2.   Grill the chicken cutlets and slice them into strips.
    Once cooked, refrigerate to cool.
  • 3.   Crumble the feta + finely chop the basil leaves.
  • 4.   In a salad bowl, mix everything together + sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Can be prepared the day before, as it is best served cold.
