Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the egg yolks (save the egg whites), agave syrup, and yogurt.
  • 2.   Add the flour and baking powder. Stir the mixture while gradually incorporating the milk.
  • 3.   Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form. Add them to the batter.
  • 4.   Pour a ladleful of batter into a lightly oiled pan, cook until bubbles appear. Flip the pancake and cook the other side.

  • 1 cup of sheep yogurt
  • 140 g of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 10 cl of oat milk
