Instructions

  • 1.   Place all the ingredients in a saucepan. Mix well using a spatula.
  • 2.   Bring to a simmer for 2 hours. The cooking should be done on low heat. It is important to regularly stir the mixture to prevent it from sticking (especially during the last hour of cooking).
  • 3.   At the end of the cooking time, transfer the mixture to a clean jar. The jam will firm up as it cools.
