SPRING PIZZA

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   Wash the asparagus. Sauté them for 3-4 minutes in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  • 3.   Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a pizza stone. Spread the pesto. Cover with slices of mozzarella.
  • 4.   Add the asparagus tips and the cherry tomatoes, washed and cut in half.
  • 5.   Bake for 20 minutes.
  • 6.   Serve with a few basil leaves.

  • 15 sPRAY HEAD
  • 100 g of cherry tomato
  • 1 mozzarella ball
  • 10 leaf of fresh basil
  • salt (according to taste)
