Homemade Airfryer Bread

Instructions

  • 1.   In a large bowl (or using a stand mixer), mix the flour, yeast, and salt. Add water and mix until a dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • 2.   Shape the dough into a ball and cover it in the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap. Let it rise in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  • 3.   Take the dough, divide it into 6 equal-sized balls (90g each), and shape them into nice round balls. Place them between two clean towels, with the bottom one lightly floured, and let them rise for 20 minutes. (Preheat the Airfryer to 80°C for 1 minute)
  • 4.   Bake the bread at 180°C for 12 minutes.

Ingredients for servings

  • 350 g of T65 flour
  • 240 g of water
  • 1 teaspoon of dried baker's yeast
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
