Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the mascarpone with the sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  • 2.   Fold in the whipped cream and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
  • 3.   Serve in small pots.

Notes & Suggestions

  • 70g of sugar is enough. Use beaten egg whites instead of whipped cream.
