Avocado Smoothie

Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the flesh of the avocado and put it in a blender. Add milk (animal or plant-based), preferably fresh, and sugar to taste. Blend until smooth and creamy.
    Serve immediately.
  • 2.   There are several variations, you can add dates, nuts of your choice to the juice.
    You can also add a banana or apple for a more fruity taste.
    Feel free to adjust the liquid ratio versus the other ingredients for a more or less thick consistency. A true delight.
