1. Remove the flesh of the avocado and put it in a blender. Add milk (animal or plant-based), preferably fresh, and sugar to taste. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately.
2. There are several variations, you can add dates, nuts of your choice to the juice.
You can also add a banana or apple for a more fruity taste.
Feel free to adjust the liquid ratio versus the other ingredients for a more or less thick consistency. A true delight.
