Tuna Pizza

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the tomato paste with the same amount of warm water to obtain a thick puree.
  • 4.   Add the olive oil.
  • 5.   Spread the mixture on the dough, leaving a small border.
  • 6.   Sprinkle with Herbes de Provence and a little salt.
  • 7.   In another bowl, mix the drained tuna with the Greek yogurt and capers.
  • 8.   Do not season!
  • 9.   Spread the tuna mixture on the pizza, it's normal if it mixes a little with the tomato puree.
  • 10.   Sprinkle with a little oregano, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 11.   Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes.
  • 12.   Serve hot with a salad.

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 70 g of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 50 g of cottage cheese
  • 20 g of caper
  • 100 g of grated emmental
  • 1 teaspoon of Provence herb
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
