1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
3. In a bowl, mix the tomato paste with the same amount of warm water to obtain a thick puree.
4. Add the olive oil.
5. Spread the mixture on the dough, leaving a small border.
6. Sprinkle with Herbes de Provence and a little salt.
7. In another bowl, mix the drained tuna with the Greek yogurt and capers.
8. Do not season!
9. Spread the tuna mixture on the pizza, it's normal if it mixes a little with the tomato puree.
10. Sprinkle with a little oregano, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
11. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes.
12. Serve hot with a salad.
