Mini zucchini, goat cheese, and basil flans

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the zucchini into cubes and cook them in a sauté pan with garlic in olive oil. Cook covered for 15 minutes.
  • 2.   At the end of cooking, add the fresh goat cheese and basil.
  • 3.   In a bowl, beat the eggs into an omelette. Add the milk, flour, and salt. Whisk well.
  • 4.   Add the cooked zucchini. Divide into mini silicone molds and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  • 5.   Serve hot or cold with gazpacho and a slice of turkey.
