Instructions

  • 1.   Place 1 banana, cut into pieces, 100 grams of mango, cut into pieces, 100 grams of raspberries, 40 grams of oat flakes, 1 teaspoon of agave syrup, and 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt in the Thermomix. Blend for 1 min/speed 10.
  • 2.   Transfer the contents of the Thermomix to a bowl.
  • 3.   To decorate, add 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds, 10 raspberries, 2 teaspoons of chia seeds, 1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds, 4 walnuts, chopped, and 5 slices of banana on top of the mixture.
